Supplier Agreement
A single agreement with everything included
Our Pay Per Print agreements are built around your expected print usage, with costs worked out using a flexible pricing structure. Select a print plan and that’s exactly what you’ll pay—month after month—unless you choose to end the agreement or change your printer plan.
To keep things simple, your plan includes all hardware, software, setup, servicing, replacement parts, and consumables. Additional charges only apply in cases of misuse, fire, theft, or loss of toner, parts, or equipment that has already been delivered and signed for.
